Podcast Problems

Yes I have the podcast up here for download, but it isn't on iTunes. The problem is that I need a reliable free file hoster that allows true hotlinking. I thought I had a good one with what I uploaded the last two with, but it's not really a hotlink and my RSS feeds aren't recognizing the mp3s to send to iTunes. The file hoster would atleast have to have 50mb minimum file limit per file. I don't mind if its one of the kinds where it will expire after not being used after like 30 days. Does anyone know of a solution?
