Tomorrow Marks A New Chapter In Wireless For The DS

In Japan on August 4, Nintendo will be making the demos of Jump Super Stars and Nintendogs available via its new download service.

While the demo is being called the "training version", it will be downloadable from every DS wireless access point in Japan.

To date, there are more than 326 wireless access points ready to launch the service, with. most being located inside major retail stores.

The demo for Jump Super Stars will only be available until September 4^th.

Similarly, Nintendo plans to make a demo version of Nintendogs available at one of four of the largest Japan Railways' largest stations. These station access points will also offer the Jump Super Stars demo, but only until August 20^th.

The demos themselves are free and able to be downloaded and played as long as the Nintendo DS is kept powered on. When powered down, the DS will lose the demo data.
