Some Updates

Sorry for the lack of updates, but thanks goes out to all of you who still come to this site constantly! If only now I can keep out all these comment spammers, it also spams my email cause I get an email whenever theres a comment! Any help from anyone for this?

Well heres the thing.... There's pretty much no Revolution news at all right.
Theres a rumor that it is releasing in the later half of 2006 as heard from the Nintendo Power hotline, but who knows, I'm hoping it's not that late and comes out in March to May.

As for DS, DS is absolutely killing the PSP in sales.
All those cool titles you saw back in E3 like Phoenix Wright, Trauma Center, Trace Memory, Into The Blue, they are all out for sale! We have Mario Kart DS debuting Nintendo Wifi Connection next month, Metroid Prime Pinball coming out next week (I think it's out next week...) which debuts the first consumers DS Option Pack, the DS Rumble Pack. Previous Option Packs were used in dev kits, such as a card that went into the GBA slot, and a cable coming out that enabled a video out type of situation, which is how game reviews get video off of the DS. Other titles soon coming are Tony Hawk's American Sk8land, another Wifi Connection title, along with Animal Crossing: Wild Worlds, both which are due for release by the end of the year.
Nintendo has made a deal with McDonalds to make McDonalds Wifi Ready, compatible with Nintendo DS to even the extent that it dosn't require any extra setup. With McDonalds practically being everywhere, if you don't have broadband internet, this could be a good way to get online with DS, and while your at it grab a drink or burger. This might also help bust out some in-person tournaments.

In other non-Nintendo news, Xbox360 comes out in 1 month. Still though, we don't know the issue of it's backwards compatibility. You are even able to play the system now! Popping up now and even more in the coming weeks, WalMarts across America are being equipped with Xbox360 kiosks where you can try out Call of Duty 2, Kameo, and King Kong, along with watching videos of many other games. Starting next week they will be in Targets, EB Games, and GameStops.
