Followup On Rumor From Brazil

I decided for those of you who can't imagine such a controller described, to draw up the controller in a rough sketch myself. Only problem is that I didn't show and face buttons or analogs sticking out from the right side view.

One other interesting idea I had though was what if they put the second analog up where like the Z button is across from the main analog stick, then moved the buttons down a bit. That would be an interesting idea. It would be like the PS2 analog sticks, but moved up into primary location. Maybe then we could get a Revolution Katamari Damacy!

Lost In Amazon

Not Revolution related, but I thought I'd give a heads up to all of you NDS'ers out there. On Amazon, you can evidentally buy Lost In Blue, and it will ship now. People on the Nintendo Forums who pre-ordered it from the site got emails saying that it was shipped and they should receieve it in 2-3 days. And on Amazon now it's only $30, compared to what they say the normal price being $40.

Amazon - Lost In Blue

Amazon has had glitches on their website in the past though, like the Nintendogs price glitch, and others. But with emails going out even, it may be possible.

Perhaps NDA's Don't Exist In Brazil

It seems as if there is a whole controller idea layout leaked out of Nintendo of Brazil. I found this information from a poster on the Nintendo Forums, who found it from the N-Philes forum. The post is as follows:

"
I got News about The Controller and No it's not fome a Bolg , Note Ther is more then one module so I give Info about The best Controller .

2 Sticks ( Nintendo of Brazil say'd this , and when you ar in Mud or Tar ( in game ) The Sticks ar harder to push , 1th Stick is for 3D base Games like Mario 64 and Zelda Oot and The 2th Stick is for C Buttons / C Stick Stuff

Select and Start Buttons

6 Face Buttons " A , B , C , X , Y , Z " ( You can change The Button mode of The Controller to Pic Button mode if you find A , B , C , X , Y , Z to hard , Plus if you ar in Mud or Tar ( in Game ) The Buttons ar Harder to push )

L and R Buttons ( You no wher The L and R buttons are )

2 M buttons ( Ther right next to The L and R buttons )

A new mode of rumble

Tilt and Gyro Serport

You charge the Controllers viva The Game Cube plug ( 30 minutes for 80% charged'did and 2 Hours for 100% charged'did Play time is 30 Hours )

Wirerless ( But we all no that )

And that's it , Came fome N-Philes .

^_^"

It's quite possible that could be the controller. Someone on the forums then checked, and found that there was a Nintendo of Brazil. The thing that sound revolutionary is the force-feedback, which would be great, and it wouldn't alienate gamers by not having analog sticks. They could add a force feedback technology to the second analog stick so you can only move it in up left down or right, kinda like a d-pad, but that would probably make an effective replacement for the C buttons on the N64. Hopefully those M buttons will be better quality than the Z button on GC though...

Do I believe it? It's hard to believe being from a string of posters, but who would make up Nintendo of Brazil, and actually have that be a real company? Many "leaks" or rumors would be said to be based from Nintendo of Japan (or of Tokyo or Kiyoto, whatever it is), or even Nintendo of America. It's more believable than others atleast.

My TGS 2005 Picture Album Is Up!

Following Revolution TGS 2005 Album

I got an early start on preparation for the TGS 2005 and this is the album I will be using to store all pictures receieved from TGS 2005 to share with everyone here. I'm going to post pictures of anything there, game hardware, in-game shots, maybe box-art, the show floor, who knows!? There will be a link off to the right side to stay there until THE END OF TIME! Or until this blog dies, whichever comes first.

Countdown To The Tokyo Game Show!

Less than 9 days left for the Tokyo Game Show! Well you could start the countdown really from anytime, but I figured 8 days and 19 hours and some worked best haha. Im expecting some big stuff from TGS this year, even stuff other than Revolution (but mainly Revolution ;) ). It's odd for Nintendo to hold a keynote there, so something has to be shown. There aren't any more game shows until E3 2006, and Revolution would be revealed before then.

Don't worry cause I got ya covered! I'm gonna try my best to keep live updates coming whenever information is receieved from the show, complete with pictures and everything! I'll bring all information Nintendo, and even news for the Xbox360, and Playstation 3. Rumors tell that the PS3 will be playable, with some big news on Metal Gear Solid 4. So don't forget to check back here for all the news updates possible!

-Since the first day of the show is on a friday, updates will be hard because I have work, and this blog is owned and operated by only me. I have work at 6pm eastern time, so there shouldn't really be anything missed anyway.-
