Podcast Is A Sucess!

We have been working hard on the podcast, and it is always great to hear some feedback from our listeners. Many have dubbed our podcast to be great, and a good casual gamer podcast. We don't need all the technicality and strict business pre-scripting craziness for our podcast. One of our loyal viewers have even called it "the next This Week In Tech." Even though we're not in the same exact category, we're video games instead of all tech, TWiT is a very high scale podcast run by big named people such as Leo Laporte (well maybe not all of you have heard of him, haha). It's great to know that we are on the right track with what we do. Although are major criticism is all the same, we need a better way to record. I know it, I've said it, our recording quality is terrible. Well not terrible, it's easily audible, but it's no where up to par with all the other podcasts out there. Give support and click on a google link around the blog! You don't have to, but it'll be appreciated. If everyone clicked the ad once (then hit the back button, it doesn't matter, it takes about 3 seconds), I would make tons of money! They're harmless ads, they just bring up game related google searches, and tons of us use google multiple times a day. And for every click on an ad or every search from the form at the bottom of the page, I get money that I will put toward funding on the blog! Or you could donate money via paypal by sending payments to MarkKorsak@comcast.net, but I don't expect any of you to actually do that haha, but it evidentally works for all the people at the sites like smashmyipod.com and smashmyxbox.com. Anyway, thanks for all the support!

Leave some comments about the podcast! Let's hear some more feedback!
As for one other question going out to all the readers out there... Does anyone know how to find out how many people are subscribed to your podcasts on iTunes?

With Much Discussion On The Topic Of Camping...

When all you guys go camping, what do you bring? Sure it might be easy to think of many things, but try thinking of what you would bring if you didn't have a power source...
Is this a chance to try and get ideas of how to prepare for Best Buy? Kinda, but then again, it's great to get the public involved with topics! Everyone leave a comment with your answer.

As for what I can think of bringing:

Tent
Thin foam mattress for bottom of tent
Sleeping bags (Won't be sleeping at Best Buy though, but they're good for warmth
Flashlight
Extra Clothes (In case it gets really really cold, I live in a cold area)
School Books (Hey I'll have homework due on Monday, and I'll be that bored at some point in 13 hours, haha)
Nintendo DS (No PSP!)
Mario Kart DS (It's worth separately mentioning, haha it's that good)
Cell Phone
Hand and Feet Warmers
CD Player/iPod
Bookbag (How can you hold everything?)
Snacks and Drinks (Don't eat too much though. Atleast for going to the bathroom #1 theres some woods type are on the side of Best Buy haha)
More specifically, Energy Drinks (Choice drink: Sobe Adrenaline Rush)
Camera
Poster For Following Revolution Advertisment (I had one launch day, and even wet from rain, people were noticing it and asking about it!)
Thats pretty much all I got right now...

As for other stuff I'm going to do, I'm gonna try and score an interview with the person who's #1 in line. I was going to try to launch day, but I didn't want to take my camera out in the rain. Plus I'm sure no one will be as interested in him being the 2nd shipment, but I'm sure we can get a cool story out, perhaps reminiscing on the launch of the 360 and his terrible story of how he didn't get one. And my camera takes amazing video, so I can do a video interview and not picture/voice, or text...

Xbox 360 Chance Number 2

Yea, it's not Revolution information, but there isn't any right now, and possibly none for a while... Although we all love news of other systems, and Microsoft still has that new system! Many of you know about my experience camping out at Best Buy back on launch day for the Xbox 360, and that due to line cutters and all this misorganization and problems, I was about 5 people short. That time I camped out 8 and a half hours, starting at 1:30 in the morning. Well as many of you now know, Best Buy is getting the next shipment this weekend and I will be camping once again! 13 hours starting at 9pm. Crazy? Probably... Gonna get a 360? I think so! This time it shouldn't be raining, and I'll truly be camping, I'm bringing a whole tent deal and everything. I'll find a way to blog from there for live updates. I just have to find a different way than last time through my cell phone sending text messages to blogger. Does anyone have any ideas? I have a laptop with a cord to hook up my cell phone to get some good speed internet, but my laptop's battery is terrible and barely lasts even 10 minutes. I doubt theres a plug outside Best Buy I can use... Any ideas anyone?
